Sri Ragavendra college of Education was established in the year 2006 by Thiru C.Selvan chairman cum managing trustee in order to achieve high ideals for the future teachers. This was started with an aim to impart quality Teacher education which focuses on the rural population belongs to various caste, creed and community.

Sri Ragavendra college of Education was started under the self-financing scheme during the year 2006 and was permanently affiliated to Bharthiar University. Our college is presently affiliated to Tamil-Nadu Teachers Education University from 2008 onwards.

Success comes only when there arise new thoughts and ideas in an individuals mind with great self-confidence and hope. Our Sri Ragavendra college of education create and impart such a knowledge and power to the society with the learning of latest development of the world to meet the growing demand for trained man-power.
